Getting Started is Easy
When you begin treatment, you'll receive a Cory Liss Orthodontics Rewards Card and lanyard. Bring your card to every appointment to earn points for your commitment and cooperation throughout treatment.
You can earn bonus points by:
- Bringing your Rewards Card to appointments
- Wearing your Cory Liss Orthodontics lanyard
- Following your treatment instructions
- Keeping your scheduled appointments
Once you receive your card, you can log into the rewards portal to track your points, discover new ways to earn, and browse available prizes.
Be sure to keep your Rewards Card safe! If it's lost or damaged, a replacement card costs 25 reward points, so you'll have more points for prizes if you hang on to it.

Once you've started active orthodontic treatment, you can redeem your reward points for exciting prizes and gift cards through the Rewards Portal.
Simply log in using the membership number and password found on your Rewards Card to view your available points and rewards.
